Brand New Residential Project in Low Fell
We have an exciting new project on the horizon at Lambert Construction which is currently underway.
Our team has been hired to complete an extensive residential extension in Low Fell to update a period property for a local family.
The project got underway back in July with an initial client meeting to discuss the programme of work in-depth and outline timelines and budgets before moving forward.
The house is an Edwardian-style semi-detached property built in 1902. It consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, playroom, sunroom, dining room and living room.
The property has been extended to the rear single-storey with a raised patio area. This is to be demolished and replaced with a new single-storey extension. There is a detached garage to the side of the property and this is to be renovated into a new double garage with a gym and built-in storage space. The existing property needs to be completely re-roofed with matching natural slates to maintain the appearance of the period property.
All of the windows are to be replaced with matching timber frame double-glazed units. The existing front dormer is also to be rebuilt as part of the re-roofing works. The existing ground floor will be insulated under the floorboards.
In addition to this, the entire garden will be re-landscaped.
Lambert Construction are delighted to be involved in this extensive £337k extension and renovation project and are excited to see the property owner’s vision come to life.
